Return Requests
You may request a return within seven days following receipt of your products, provided they have not been used or benefited from and are returned in their original condition with their packaging and accessories.
Opened or Used Products
Opened or used creams and oils cannot be returned if they can no longer be resold for health reasons. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective or does not match your order.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us with your order number and photos showing the issue. The store will cover the resulting return or replacement costs, without affecting your right to a refund under applicable law.
Return Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the applicable return costs, which will be explained before shipping is arranged. If the return is due to a product defect or an error by the store, the store will cover these costs.
Refunds
After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition and eligibility, the amount due will be refunded through the original payment method where possible, or another method agreed with the customer, within the legally required timeframe. The time taken for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
