SunnyTan is operated by ALDRJAH ALQSWA EST. These terms govern use of the store and purchases from it, together with the Privacy Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy, without limiting consumer rights under Saudi Arabian law. - Customer Information and Accounts
Customers must provide accurate, current information, particularly contact details and delivery addresses, and keep their account login details confidential. Fraudulent or unlawful use, or activities that harm the website or its users, are prohibited. - Products
Product pages describe product features, sizes and prices. Image colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. This does not affect our obligation to supply products matching their descriptions.
Follow the usage instructions, storage directions and warnings on the packaging. Tanning products are not sunscreen unless expressly stated on their packaging.
- Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals, with applicable taxes and charges identified. Shipping costs, optional services and the total amount are shown before order confirmation.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For bank transfers, receipt of payment is verified before the order is prepared. The store does not request passwords, verification codes or complete card details by email.
- Orders and Availability
Orders are subject to product availability and verification of payment and information necessary for fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil an order or an item, we will notify the customer and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion, or agree on an alternative with the customer’s consent.
If a material pricing or description error occurs, we will contact the customer to explain it and resolve the order. We will not impose a different price or substitute a product without consent, and statutory rights remain protected.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Customers must provide a correct delivery address and information enabling the carrier to contact the recipient.
We will notify customers of expected delays or difficulties materially affecting fulfilment. Cancellation and refund rights arising from delays apply in accordance with Saudi E-Commerce Law. Using a shipping company does not release the store from its statutory obligations to customers.
- Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Customers may contact us to request cancellation before shipment. After shipment or receipt, the store’s published Returns and Exchanges Policy applies, without limiting statutory rights relating to defects, non-conformity or delays.
Please email us with your order number and the reason for your request before sending products back, so we can coordinate the process.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the store’s published Privacy Policy and applicable law. - Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, images and text published in the store belong to their respective rights holders. Commercial copying or use requires the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. - Liability and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are referred to the competent authorities. If the Arabic and English versions differ in interpretation, the Arabic version prevails without limiting consumer rights.
